Scott Dutton 37f914d1cc Possible solution for Global variables (#1289 )

fix for #1164

This takes enviroments called "Global" or "global" and appends them
after the current scripts.

Seems to work, but proabbly a cleaner way to acheive

COMPONENTS

This directory is not required, you can delete it if you don't want to use it.

The components directory contains your Vue.js Components.

Nuxt.js doesn't supercharge these components.
